MTC Value Long Distance - $3.95 per month, $0.08 per minute
US 600* - 600 minutes for $29.95 per month (less than $0.05 per minute)
US 1200* - 1200 minutes for $59.95 per month (less than $0.05 per minute)
US 2000* - 2000 minutes for $99.95 per month (less than $0.05 per minute)
US 3000* - 3000 minutes for $149.95 per month (less than $0.05 per minute)
US 4000* - 4000 minutes for $199.95 per month (less than $0.05 per minute)
* Excess time billed at $0.08 per minute
